I am a solo practitioner.  I prefer the immediacy of contact, the access clients have to me, the “hands on” nature of practicing solo, and the mutual accountability of lawyer and client working in a direct one-on-one relationship. I have practiced continuously since 1970 in virtually every area of the law.

I have served as juvenile judge and prosecuting attorney.

I also have been part owner of three different title companies and have vast experience in real estate law.

I am very active in Probate litigation.
